EQ3 is an imaginative leader in creative furniture and accessory design is seeking extraordinary individual for full time position as Customer Service Representative to be part of their high-energy EQ3 Retail Customer Service team.  Successful candidates will be responsible for providing a high standard of service for retail customers.

Skills and abilities required...

  •   Excellent communication skills both oral and written is required
  •   Ability to communicate effectively in English (both oral and written)
  •   Previous experience working in inbound customer service
  •   Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  •   Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  •   Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
  •   Self-motivated, with a very positive attitude and strong work ethic
  •   Able to work as part of a team or with very little supervision
  •   Proven problem-solving ability
  •   Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  •   Excellent working knowledge of MS Windows, Word and Excel
  •   Computer experience in STORIS is an asset

Duties include...

  • Manage outstanding orders by responding to back orders or discontinued products
  • Answer all customer inquiries regarding the status of orders, product information, new product introductions,    product availability, pricing, product complaints, and      service complaints
  • Provide high quality customer service
  • Address customer's concerns while operating within company policy.
  • Set up and schedule service inspections/repairs, home delivery and assemblies with outside third party        vendors
  • Develop a strong relationship with manufacturing and service departments
