EQ3 is an imaginative leader in creative furniture and accessory design is seeking extraordinary individual to fill the full time position of Bilingual Customer Service Representative to be part of their high-energy EQ3 Retail Operations team, located at EQ3's Head Office, at 70 Lexington Park. Successful candidate will be responsible for providing a high standard of service for retail customers. Working some Evenings and weekends hours will be required.

Skills and abilities required...

  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and French (both oral and written)
  • Able to deal in a professional and patient manner with customers
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal and listening skills
  • Previous experience working in customer service
  • Self-motivated, with a very positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Windows, Word and Excel
  • Able to work as part of a team or with very little supervision
  • Proven problem-solving ability

Duties include...

  • Manage outstanding orders by responding to back orders or discontinued products
  • Answer all customer inquiries regarding the status of orders, product information, new product introductions, product availability, pricing, product complaints, and service complaints
  • Provide high quality customer service
  • Develop a strong relationship with manufacturing and service departments
