Wholesale Account Representative
EQ3 is an imaginative leader in creative furniture and accessory design. It is seeking an extraordinary individual as an Wholesale Account Representative to be part of their high-energy EQ3 team. This is a full time position located at EQ3's Head Office, at 70 Lexington Park. This individual will be responsible to establish and maintain a relationship with all Dealers in given territory from an account management stand point.

Two years experience in a related costumer service/account representative position
Comfortable delivering multi-faceted work and projects, is experienced in multi-tasking of servicing, administrative & analytic needs
Comfortable in a ever changing environment
Previous use of MS Office
Detail oriented in all aspects of the job
Excellent organizational skills and able to multi-task
Self-motivated, able to work well with little or no supervision, and a strong positive attitude
Ability to communicate effectively in English (both oral and written)
Create a customer relationship foundation that builds trust/credibility and fosters loyalty while generating new increased sales opportunities
Develop/maintain sound working relationships with all Wholesale team members. This will increase the overall team capacity and strength, ensuring the customer needs are always met.
Receive (by fax/email) and verify orders from customers (Sales Reps, Wholesale dealers/buyers, assistant buyers, Studio owners)
Confirm product availability, SKU, pricing and item description information is accurate
Immediately respond to customer inquiries related to: shipping dates, quality issues, new series availability, special pricing, product scheduling/allocation, product knowledge overview, POP materials
Proactively update Sales Representatives with information that will increase and maintain their awareness of the retailer's business needs (pricing discrepancies, customer preferences, quality concerns etc.)
Complete special projects as assigned by EQ3 Sales manager
